      1. Great place to learn and grow. No strict hierarchy – everyone is approachable. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, and your ideas will be heard.

      At times, the workload can be high which disturbs work life balance

      If any challenges, Management team is transparently addressing the same in forum and in-person then and there needed. I highly recommend ERPROOTS to anyone seeking a fulfilling career.
