      Pros

      I absolutely love building my practice within the ERA business model. The partnership I have with my clients, other consultants and the Support Center Team is what makes it all happen for me.

      Cons

      As the old saying goes "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink". ERA gave me all the training, tools, technology, resources, brand and global network but I still have to do the work - and I wouldn't ask for it to be any other way.

      Pros

      Been at this for more than 10 years - its a Solid Business model - consultants retain a high % of the revenue they bring in unlike many other businesses. The model works consistently and the hard work pays off.

      Cons

      It can be a bit slow in getting started Its hard work - and there's no free rides.
