      Pros

      I've had a really positive experience joining EPM. The recruitment process was smooth, well organised, and communication was great throughout, which has. made starting with the company feel straightforward and stress-free. The induction so far has given me the opportunity to meet people from across the business, including the CEOs, which made the company feel open and accessible from day one. Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help, making it easy to settle in and feel part of the team. Overall, EPM Limited has a friendly, professional work environment where people make you feel welcome. It's been a great start, and I'd happily recommend the company to anyone looking for a role in education HR as a place to work.

      Too early to identify any real challenges. My experience so far has been very positive.

      Pros

      From day one, the company culture is incredibly welcoming and inclusive. It’s easy to feel like part of the team straight away, with colleagues who are supportive and approachable. There are strong learning and development opportunities, and you’re encouraged to build new skills and progress in your career. The environment really promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.

      Cons

      Can take a while to understand the organisational structure.

      A great place to work for anyone starting out in HR

      Pros

      The team is made up of some of the nicest, most helpful, and supportive people I’ve ever worked with. The open-plan workspace helps give a sense of unity, rather than separated by hierarchy. The role gave me a huge amount of exposure, experience, and confidence in a very short space of time, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. They are also very accommodating when it comes to flexible working and personal circumstances. A great role for anyone starting out in HR and wanting to gain experience.

      Cons

      While the role offers excellent exposure and development opportunities, it can also come with periods of very high and stressful workloads. The level of responsibility and pressure did not feel fairly reflected in the salary.
