      Not a good place for a woman to promote

      If you want to work over time, there is always a need

      Cons

      Don't even think about taking time off they do not have the man power to approve it. Women don't ever make it to the upper management layer.

      Pros

      Medical benefits are awesome. Most companies around here don't even offer medical. Pay is decent $19+ an hr to start. Plus they pay you an additional $1 an hr as a reimbursement for your cell phone, and Uniform Maintenance. Always opportunity to work OT. They give you all of your uniforms for free, and they don't make you pay for new ones if they get messed up. They just replace them. Management is pretty easy to get ahold of if you have questions. Getting paid weekly is nice, and always being paid on time.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work multiple sites to get full time hours. Some of the sites are in not so great areas, but it's the reason they need security. Some of the posts are more complicated than they should be, because of the client. Wish there was more opportunity for advancement.
