Pros

Wonderful coworkers for the most part.

Cons

Too many, unfortunately. The greatest being ego. Senior management fails to learn from their mistakes, too much finger pointing outside of themselves. Although they claim to value good work, they don't. This is the only job I ever had where I was admonished for being too thorough. Over the years, quality has diminished not due to the ability of the planners and support personnel, but due to a lack of foresight on the part of management. The ego of some of them is not only unreal, but not even close to realistic. Titles mean more to them than just getting the work done. Sad to see the company go in this direction.

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. We undertook a major executive management team change in 2014 that has addressed all the comments that are dated 2014 and prior, and created a much more open and communicative working environment. The nepotism aspect has also ceased as part of the management changes. We continue to seek feedback from employees to improve areas of operations. Thank you. - EPG

Pros

Most of the employees are great people and really care about their roes and their co-workers. Insurance benefits were pretty good for a small business. Other benefits were comperable.

Cons

There were two major challenges working here. Little to no room at all for advancement and the principals were very difficult to work for. Many good employees left because they just got tired on the nonsense. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. One principal might tell you to do one thing, and then another may tell you to do another. If you can "go with the flow" it's not too difficult. I won't get into the ethics of the principals, but I'm happy I've moved on.
