Pros

Staffs generally are friendly in office

Cons

1. Working environments are getting toxic More and more and more nano-management to the sales team and always giving short notice and deadline for report submission. Companies are stressing on employees’ mental health now but here is a reverse. 2. Do not appreciate effort from sales teams Always doubt the market intel collected by sales team, always question on the ability of sales forces but not reflecting on the underlying issues. Fault always on salespeople. 3. Bad leader example and speech Do not even bother to understand the real reason why more and more ppl leaving and the most unacceptable thing is to label them as ppl who giving up easily despite the effort they have put in to secure sales for company. Such statement really not matured, not necessary and irresponsible.

Pros

Peers are great, friendly and helpful Managers are helpful and supportive

Cons

Tons of politics happened. Favourism, toxic culture, blaming culture, upper management publicly asked sales rep to use unprofessional way to get sales by asking rep to wear short skirt to see doc. Hold doc hand and ask doc to help to buy more products. Company is very unstable since they lose their biggest distributionship on 2024. Almost every month there are employees resigning since Q4 2023 until present. The company keep losing talents but they seems don’t care. Hiring never stop since Q1 2024 until present but 90% of the new hires resign before their confirmation. Highest record is work in EP Plus for 2 weeks then resign.

Pros

Great colleagues to work with. Decent incentive scheme. Supportive Sales Managers.

Cons

1. Politics The politics in the office is more than the politics involved in creating the unity government. 2. Fake corporate culture Drills its corporate culture into you monthly when the reality of things is that it’s all propaganda. Practices the opposite of its corporate culture. “Open communication” is non-existent and “People first” is only when top management’s own people are involved. 3. No trust and respect for its sales team. Does not listen to feedback and blames salespeople when the company underperforms even when warnings were provided months ahead. 4. No concrete plans / poor execution Has multiple end goals with no concrete plans in action. Copy pastes what other companies are doing and expects it to work. Questions, accuses, and blames salespeople when it doesn’t. 5. Double work due to incompetency. Forces you to complete work with extremely short timelines, then gets you to revamp it making your first task redundant. Then gets you to repeat the same task again without changes knowing that it will have to be revamped again. Generally, working in this company has been extremely frustrating and emotionally draining. As a product consultant, you can expect to be working on weekends just to keep up with paperwork.
