      EOS is a great company. CEO will ever speak with every employee to ask if all is ok. Good word space and good work benefits.

      Working Experience at EoS (internship)

      Pros

      - I got insight in how the company works. - I was able to be part of a Live Implementation of the sold program into a company - I felt like I was entrusted with important tasks. - I got to work on my own without being controlled. - My working hours were very flexible. - Colleagues were very nice. - I felt like my abilities were used in a good way. - It was overall an enriching experience.

      Cons

      - Unfortunately I was unable to attend a live demo, which would have enriched my working experience. - Some tasks were a bit repetitive.

      - Good explanation of the company/job workflow for the new employes thanks to the “Eos Academy” which offers one month training to give all the necessary insight for all the job profiles - Very good work spirit - Company adopts agile methodologies - Colleagues are always very helful and supportive with one another

      Cons

      - In some case, projects lack teamwork, or can be better organized at the initial state
