      There arent any pros to this

      I worked as a runner at Envy and was treated barely as thin air. No one looked at me or told me what to do, they just threw a tray in my hands and told me to make coffee. I had to beg someone to show me around the building or to look up at me. Absolutely horrendous experience.

      Experience is worth it, Training is great and most people are willing to pass on and share knowledge.

      Can feel underappreciated and its hard to feel supported when the nature isn't healthy competition it becomes toxic, simple tasks can be made to feel stressful while bigger issues are unaddressed,
