      Pros

      peers are good and friendly.. work life balance.. laidback not a place for people starting their career.

      Cons

      Career progression very slow. Salary delays on a monthly basis. never sticks to one payment date manual submissions of claims and for payments Management doesnt do anything bout employees complains. no actions taken. poor benefits late payment of claims due to manual processing no increment. annual leave entitlement too little not all line managers are competent. they still have alot more to do

      Flexibility - No clocking in/out required unlike other trading companies Stable, not a hire-fire culture Good name for CV

      Cons

      Flat- Opportunities to move internally no longer exist Processes are STILL very manual Below market pay Support functions are still treated inferior to front office and operations
