      i worked along side some great people

      Cons

      selfish family owners that flaunt their money and homes while full time employees can't afford rent. i applied for low income housing while working for this company (HIGH END = $$ MARGINS). Very gross. Save your time and value yourself, do not work here. NO/very slow movement once hired, people are in the same role for 10 years with 'promises' of advancement but NO action. 'Promises" if salary reviews to only get 1% (less than inflation). NO personal development or career development. Worked here for 3 years without ONE review. VERY little diversity... some women in higher up roles but they are 99% 'white'.

      beautiful environment, great people (for the most part), great hours of work, non-stressful work environment, owners are good

      Cons

      too many entitled sales people - they are high producers but you are unable to performance manage them as owners prefer to keep them because of sales. they become toxic to the culture of a place that can be truly great to work for.

      This company is filled with empty promises. When you are hired, they claim you can make tons of money which is NOT true. Hardly anyone in the company is making enough money to live off of. Management only cares about the company but not the people working in it. The commission and salary is a JOKE. Human Resources is ridiculous. There’s been numerous complaints I’ve made about the company and management and they will go and tell your manager!! They do not care if the information is confidential or not- your manager will know about it. I’ve raised my issues many times yet they have the audacity to tell me that I’ve made no effort to help find a solution to my concerns. Overall.. stay away. You will not make money here and there is no growth.
