Additionally, the erosion of employee morale and motivation within ELMO Software has been alarming. The once-vibrant and collaborative atmosphere has given way to a sense of disillusionment and frustration. As a result, productivity has suffered, and the talent that once thrived here is now seeking opportunities elsewhere. It's disheartening to witness the decline of a company that once held so much potential.
