Pros

Great place to work if you want to wake up everyday dreading the thought of work. You'll likely get a job because they have to hire someone new every couple of weeks.

Cons

One of the worst run Businesses I've ever seen. Honestly, do not work here as you will want to leave within 3 months. Look at most of the reviews on here, almost all reviews will say that they left within 6-12 months. There is a revolving door of employees with very, very few people staying beyond a year. Management is completely to blame as they are all young, inexperienced and completely driven by KPIs. There is no trust between Management and employees, as Management hold their own meetings to discuss the downfall of other employees. It's like being at school, where they are the teachers having a laugh and micro-manage you every step of the way. They literally hover over your desk and watch you work. Each week they hold meetings to call out poor performers when in fact everyone is trying their hardest, but unfortunately they're not given the tools to succeed. The computers are slow, there is no good data and yet management expect flawless results. BELIEVE what you read on here, people regret working at EIMS and everyone talks about how they can't wait to find another job. Don't just take this from me, everyone I spoke with there has the same thoughts. Management refuses to accept any responsibility or take any time to ask the employees their thoughts and feelings. There is no HR so I've seen people fired with no warning and very inappropriate comments made with no one doing anything about it. I genuinely believe that this place won't exist within a matter of years, as people will see what an awful place this is to work at. This place will suck the life out of you.

Pros

-Good entry level job with no experience -Learn a lot very quickly and the team pushes you out of your comfort zone

Cons

Where to begin….it’s a mess there. Mid level management is terrible. No HR so they run the office as they please without repercussion. Micromanagement to the maximum. Say they have values but it always benefit them instead of you. Blame culture. Terrible work ethics. No work life balance. No one in the company with a sound mind will stay more than 1 year, that is why they hire new people every month, and you will NEVER see any experienced BDRs at the company because they will all leave when they get some experience and exit this hell hole. People who stay is because of their visa issue….the best part of the company is also the worst. Playing Wolf of Wall Street clips to “pump” you up and screaming Spartan 300lines (this is actually true, I’ve witness this in person) it’s funny as hell and sad because at least Wolf of Wall Street folks get commission—-and you don’t!! No commission in sales? What a joke. (Oh yeah ask them about it and you get a politician answer. It’s some pros working here, you always get a good laugh at their responses)

Pros

easy experience. Stay there for as little time as possible and move on- that's the key.

Cons

No equipment provided- ridiculous. Micromanaging like I've never seen before No HR- and this company more than most needs it No support and guidance, They love putting people on performance improvement plans Fragmented relationships between EIMS and clients No commission- how can you have a sales team with no commission?? Company culture is extremely toxic, and something I wouldn't wish my greatest enemy to even be apart of
