Pros

Did well during the spac boom, now doesn’t allow for organic growth.

Cons

Managing directors trying to fight analysts at team events. They don’t allow you to properly build a business in time and will try oust you from the firm within two to three months.

Compensation. Worked with some smart and nice people.

Confirming previous negative comments. Have zero respect for the two founders. Wouldn't recommend anyone work here.

Pros

Great environment if you enjoy the following: - public disrespect from ceo; he is known to enter rage modes where he lashes out at employees, usually after a day of boozing - constant turnover and general anxiety about the state of the firm. Many employees have only spent upwards of 2 weeks here before being fired or quitting after realizing what a clown show this is. Average lifespan of an employee is 1 year and this firm has only been around for 3 years - most senior bankers have been let go before receiving their payouts, company does not pay employees or treat employees well - horrible wlb; not answering team’s messages on a Sunday within 10 minutes warrants a public lashing from ceo - a company with minimal to no future; talented employees have left due to poor management and ceo has clearly overspent budget leading to constant layoffs and increased internal uncertainty

Cons

As long as Joe Rallo is running this company, there will always be cons. The culture will always be toxic and turnover will always be high. He unfortunately cannot control his personality and is a very bad decision maker and leader. This has lead to a lot of talented people leaving in a very short time period.
