      No accountability, no performance standards. The more hours you work the better employee you are, regardless of productivity.

      Cons

      Unorganized. Unqualified people doing important jobs. Terrible benefits.

      Pros

      Worked for EDL 5 very long years. People on the manufacturing floor and office engineers are a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      Owner, (Ken) is not much more then a butt that talks nonsense most of the time. He, and the other's on the "management" staff don't like to always tell the people that work for them too much of the truth. They have no compassion for their workers. If you liked the way Nazi's treated Jews in the holocaust...then EDL is the workplace for you!
