Laid back and friendly work environment.

Cons

Unprofessional work environment, a lot of swearing in the office and usage of mobiles. Not much support when you first start and their expectations are very high.

Pros

Good collaborative & positive culture, there's an understanding of what needs to improve, as management listens to the employees, but does not seem to act or the approach is not effective

Cons

Disorganized, instructions and expectations are not clear. Bonuses are arbitrary and subjective. The company seems more focused on cost management and not on revenue generation. Employees are just a headcount.
