Flexi-work, and hours are very reasonable for industry. (Can even take hour & half for gym lunch) - Genuine international career opportunities & mobility (a number of firms market themselves as having good internal mobility but in reality would be reluctant to move consultants, in InterQuest/ECOM international internal moves are very possible). - Consistent learning and development throughout progression of career - Pay is above industry average, both basic salary & commission structure - Free breakfast every morning!

The Culture is really great at ECOM. Everyone gets on super well and it is a very collaborative environment. I really like the clear progression structure as well as the training programme when you first join. We do fundraising for a charity we are partnered with and we have a lot of great social events and incentives.
