Working at ECI Development has been an amazing experience. I have the privilege of working under a fantastic supervisor who provides exceptional guidance and mentorship, making me feel valued and sharing a wealth of knowledge that I truly appreciate. The overall team is warm and supportive, encouraging me to tackle new things in my role as a content creator. Because I get to experiment with different tasks, every day at work is stimulating and truly feels like a new adventure. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms, and it’s clear that the company's culture is built on teamwork and mutual respect. Cons
There are work peaks sometimes, but to me that's not really a con, it's just something that has happened in every place I've worked at and it's part of the game. It's nothing we can not handle as a team. So no cons really to speak of.
