      Stay away - Run don’t walk, save yourself.

      Decent benefits, great coworkers, interesting projects, stock options

      Cons

      Upper management has a huge buddy system, they all came from a previous company together. Way too many “yes” men to feel safe or have confidence in your employment. Women are shunned from any opportunity beyond accounting or administrative positions. No chance for upward mobility if you weren’t hired by current management. Zero work-life balance. No bonuses or raises for the last two years even though projects are booked. High overhead due to excessive management structure and constant recruitment/turn-over costs. Company loyalty not recognized, only loyal to execs.

      Not many pros..pretty much non existent...started out as friendly but quickly declined... Constant workload

      Cons

      Supervisor doesn't care about your home life and working from home a privilege for some but not all. They were not truthful from the beginning. Lack of training available.

      Some of the coworkers were nice.

      Cons

      Dishonest from top management to supervisors. Not family oriented at all. Fair warning if you are not able to travel (i.e. family emergency) your job maybe in jeopardy. If you are not in their inner circle of friends, it would be very difficult.
