      people who work next to you really care about each other

      Cons

      management creates an illusion of long term employment but decision making contradicts everything employees forced to change schedules twice in the two years of existence massive layoff within second year with MORE TO COME

      Great place to work - managing partners sincerely care about their employees and work to establish a positive, team-oriented culture.

      Cons

      Despite rising yields, falling scrap, and falling cost, the facility is closing due to termination of contract with customer.

      Good company with forward thinking, team atmosphere with great benefits. EC manufacturing provided great training and gave employees opportunity to learn more.

      Cons

      The company has closed it's doors due to losing a contract with the customer, the owners are providing all employees with a great opportunity to move forward.
