Pros

Weekly pay. Easy work. Good coworkers. Clean and safe workplace. Fast IT support for problems with warehouse management systems, printers etc. I would recommend a warehouse role with this organisation to anyone who is happy to simply do as they are told every day and accept minimum wage, or thereabouts, for their time.

Cons

Very hierarchical and bureaucratic organisation with tightly defined roles and poor opportunities for advancement. Low pay for warehouse assistants. Health and safety can be OTT. Admin staff slow to fix any problems with pay, reimbursements etc. I would not recommend a warehouse role with this organisation to anyone who likes to challenge the status quo, or who has ambition to improve themselves and/or move up through the ranks.

One of the worst jobs I’ve had. Very toxic culture and ways of working.

Cons

No incentives and an old fashion culture of a lot of middle management filtering CEO and executive kpinrequirements, with unrealistic expectations especially during Covid. A strange gem award system, that benefits very few people - the CEO is paid through the roof and they do very little for staff. I only stayed for a short tenure as it was an awful place to work.

I cant think of a single reason to work at EBOS

Cons

REfused to pay legitimate business expenses. You will find yourself paying for safety gear and computer gear yourself. No offer to pay petrol expenses for working at other locations. Little to zero support in getting your job done. Honestly the most cockamamee place I have ever worked. Impossible to deliver expected level of service to the customers
