- Really innovative software: no real competitors in the market - Working with some of the world's largest retail brands - Encouraging leadership - Very friendly & helpful team atmosphere - Annual anniversary gift, day off for your birthday, Friday beers, flexible working
Cons
- As with all small companies, you have to be prepared to roll up your sleeves. Not necessarily bad though!

Pros
Excellent, tenured VP and C-Level leadership and a very talented group of employees leading a digitial transformation in retail. The company is on a tremendous growth trajectory with some signficant key customer and strategic partnership wins over the past 12 months. If you're looking for start-up that has found product market fit and is in the early stages of growth, this is it. Really looking forward to what is in store over the next 12-18 months here.
Cons
None really, aside from the team being a bit spread out (Dallas, CA, UK, & Bulgaria). However, the company has doubled in size in the past year, so expected.
