      Pros

      They say a lot of wonderful things about the company to get you interested. They offered a lot of incentives to get me to join.

      Cons

      They have no real idea where they are going, and after pulling me from a good place, have abandoned me with the statement of "restructuring". They are not to be trusted and are not loyal. They don't know where the company is headed.

      Pros

      Free tires every three years, and sometimes you get lunch.

      Cons

      Crappy tires and crappy place to work, too political and owners sold the business to the Chinese, nobody cares what happens here. The only leadership they had was from a rising star in the finance department. Go there to collect a paycheck. Co-Creation is dead. Zero strategy, and they are betting everything on the wrong horse.

      Pros

      There are still some good employees that know the business. Unfortunately, there are fewer and fewer of them. A once entrepreneurial culture has become one not unlike a dictatorship.

      Cons

      Once a truly dynamic company. The owners were invested in its continued growth and "sharing the wealth" with its employees. It appears the owners have sold out and abandoned ship ...
