Pros
Great ambition, cool office, great location, fun people, casual dress code, free breakfast and fruit, Friday afternoon beers (or wine or cider or soft drinks).
Cons
Working hours are pretty long (8-5), some uncertainty since it's a startup.

Ablity to be creative is positively embrassed People extremely approachable and willing to help whenever possible The office space is unique, ie Can contribute to new ideas at every level of the business The leadership team are driven to succeed whilst being open and people focused Location is fab, right in the centre of Mancheste
Cons
It's a start-up so there is a lot change, although somewhat inevitable as teams and the business grows. Could have a few more benefits added to the basic package
