Pros
You get a desk to sit in and often you get the religious foods. Salary is low for beginners.
Cons
I have been working here for more than a year and a half and this place has not changed. The management sucks and the staff members are boring and religious based where I don't fit in. That is the main reasons for the stifle office polices and the poor management. We do the same work all the time over and over again with the poor design 360 database and the portals. Give me a break.

I can't really think of any unless you live close by.
Cons
I have only been working there a short while, however the place is located in what appears to be an industrial dump. The working environment is very "point finger" and tense. DDC is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. There is absolutely no training materials and the product is older than dinosaurs.
