There are so many more Cons than Pro ... Door to Door sales person for Multi-Level Marketing Company summarizes the whole experience. - Long hours. Employees end up working 10+ hours a day. No overtime is paid because you are considered as outside sales person (excempt from Fair Labor Standard Act) - Mandatory Fun Company outing TWICE A WEEK?! Often times the outing is held in a smoking environment. - No Benefits This one might be obvious but Full time employee with no benefits... no 401k, no insurance - Empty Promises Typical of Multi-Level Marketing Companies but there are a lot of empty promises. Personally, I felt unethical to work for such company. I would have a completely different opinion if employees were actually non-exempt full-time. But like I said above, typical employees are outside sales person(thus exempt).

This Job is a complete scam. NOT a marketing job this is a door to door sales job. Was told (lied to) that this job was something it was not, quit my job and gave it a chance only to now be jobless because this company was dishonest. You will not be a manager in a year you will still be going door to door and selling.
