      Pros

      Great company and good job. Enjoy working remotely, great team- when they are not under pressure. Some team members live to throw you under the bus but apart from that it's a great team.

      Cons

      LOW PAY, UN REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!!! stressing out staff to do the job of three people. These are the reasons why people leave!!!!
