I have been worked Dynpro morethan 2 year. Salary is on time. There is no problem at all. Only two time we got delay one day for salary. Main problem here is they used to ask our original certificate for back ground verification. It is a big trap. If u give the certificate, they wont give back next 6 month.If u ask they used to tell your background verification on progress, after only will give. Any of the standard company wont ask your original education certificate for background verification, photostat copy is enough for BGV. Another thing while joining time they used to tell in your CTC only 200 rupees will reduct, no PF or anything here. But while getting payslip you will get wonder. They will reduct huge amount for tax. If you are arguing with them, they will tell RBI change their policy last month, thats y. Because of no PF, the reduction amount also more from salary.
Cons
So I am advising you, if you are joining there, no problem. But never ever give your original document. Ask them detail salary structure and takehome amount. Generally they wont give more clarity about take home amount.
