Cons
Management is systemically broken. There is hardly any leadership. There is no appropriate organization for a business of its size.
There are no set pay raises or bonuses of any kind.
There is little opportunity to raise up from the position you start at.
-overworked and extremely under paid and underappreciated. Worked 5 machines and deburring.
-No raises. Will always say their going to give raises, but never do. Worked here for 5 years and always said the same thing, just a bunch of lies.

Turnover is very expensive to the business. The costs of retraining and rehiring is very expensive. Instead of having employees leave, why dont you promote or give pay raises? Appreciate your employees
