      Pros

      None except the cantina and the weather...

      Cons

      Worst direction ever, the main chief is really a child with a big head, really bad coordinator especially the lead woman.... and really poor supervision. It's still a small studio but they want to compare themselves to Pixar or McGuff but there is a big gap between these fantastics companies and Dwarf... Really bad managment, changing salary monthly pretending difficulties or something else. Just runaway this company, it's a waste of time and money and you will be fired 2 days before you will know it...

      Pros

      In the best part of south of France with the sun and beaches and great culture. Some good TV projects but nothing special

      Cons

      Administration has no clue how to run the business. They don’t know how to treat people. Inexperienced higher management, just there as they have been working for years.

      Good place to work in

      Pros

      The team was great, small but we had a good bond, that helped a lot when the quotas were tight during the production. Easy to talk with everyone, from the junior to supervisor animator, to get help on something or just joking around. Salary at the time was not that bad for living in Montpellier. I did two different projects, but one of them especially was great to work on.

      Cons

      Sometimes the commucation. Not easy to evolve in the company.
