Pros
Very flexible and open environment with lots of new tech to be involved. Great people to work with. The company always tried to challenge the industry.
Cons
The company obviously did too much challenge. The mobile game contents was maybe way too early for the industry at that time (in 2006) which I think was the reason the company failed.
