      Pros

      I like the Dutch direct approach. You are free to express your opinion. Even if it is negative it is taken up without fear of losing your job. Open culture and great colleagues.

      Cons

      Sometimes too direct and you have to get used to that in the beginning if you haven't experienced it before. Direct also means honest and sincere.

      There is no such hierarchy, The vision of the Company is good, Treats all employees in the same way, Provides a better hike comparatively

      Employee benefits can be improved a bit.
