For a company that spends so much time trying to portray, that they care about doing the right things externally, that is not how employees are treated internally. Upper management keeps talking about their values and vision, but there is a complete disconnect between the top and bottom floors, due to all the middle managers. Salaries are about 40% below market average, and they do not respect local labor laws or rights, they expect employees to carry the financial risks/burden for company expenses.
