      - Core business in delivering IT hardware is in a good track - Internal everyday culture is very polite and easy going

      Cons

      - Internal service development is lacking - Too wide offering, needs focusing - Centrally steered functions instead of agile country based business development - Overall weak company strategy with lacking deployment in every level - TOP management's vision and ability to follow customer needs - Way too complex internal business process structures

      Pros

      From time to time there is interesting work to be done. There used to be a lot of highly skilled colleagues, but most of them have sadly left.

      Cons

      For a company that spends so much time trying to portray, that they care about doing the right things externally, that is not how employees are treated internally. Upper management keeps talking about their values and vision, but there is a complete disconnect between the top and bottom floors, due to all the middle managers. Salaries are about 40% below market average, and they do not respect local labor laws or rights, they expect employees to carry the financial risks/burden for company expenses. (eNPS is in the negatives, and dropping further each survey).
