Exceptional teamwork and individual employees (everyone below Management), especially in IT and Marketing.

Cons

Management has an extreme lack of skills and understanding of textbook basics and international IT, Management and HR. Extreme Micro and Top-Down Management, 100% German with old school / traditional way of thinking.

It does not exist anymore & the people that took over really pushed everyone out.
