      Pros

      Very easy work when you have a LeadHand that pushes for great work and numbers. (Richard V.) Great Teamwork / Easy to develope a good working team. Decent workplace / life balance.

      Cons

      Management needs a little work when it comes to working together. There are too many big decisions being made with no thought put behind the decisions. Favoritism is strong here. Unless you are a favourite, there is little to zero growth here. Or, if you want to even be considered- I have witnessed people continuously need to remind about an empty position. But never get it. Even if they are struggling with hiring for that position.
