Fully Remote, Dynamic Culture, some nice co-workers

Cons

Extreme workload, long hours, low pay, low level of respect for the role by the company. The unlimited time off is a bit of a scam. High level of responsibility compared to pay.

I love my colleague! You can go to the office whenever you want (its 100% remote).

Cons

They have a huge overwork culture. They don’t show loyalty to their employees, which is why there isn’t much retention. Be careful with burnouts.
