No cons. Overall really positive takeaways.

Poor management structure and no conflict resolution. Benefits are actually awful. So I advise anyone looking at this, don't just look at the pay, look at the PTO time, holidays, cost of healthcare, etc. Its below standard in Higher Ed.

There is a "you're replacable" attitude that is conveyed in many ways. Days off are scant, comparatively, and resources are few. You pay considerably for parking and benefits. The RIF killed morale in a big way.

The parking situation is awful. It's difficult to get a pass near where you work which adds 20 minutes to your work commute.
