      Most of the employees are great to work with. Some wear a lot of different hats at this small company

      Cons

      There is a definite problem with the some of the employees who have been there for a long time. Very hard for new employees, hence a lot of turnover. Management does keep promises. Pay is very low and it is very hard to get a raise
