      - La compañía base en US esta buena, los Pm y contactos ahí son cálidos y profesionales. - Medicina privada Summum - Sueldo en USD - Buenos compañeros (en su mayoría) donde se aprende.

      Cons

      - Proyectos chicos, con poco Budget y mucha urgencia, ojos por encima de los hombros revisando tu progreso. - Múltiples despidos frecuentes, todos los desarrolladores son despedidos por "performance", puede suceder, lo que no es creíble es que despidan 20 desarrolladores por performance en los últimos 3 - 4 meses. - Los lideres, TL, PMs, Dueños son todos muy allegados a los dueños (amigos) por lo cual es difícil denunciar si no están haciendo su trabajo. -

      Solid compensation, interesting clients, fast paces job dealing with lots of ambiguity, great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no clear direction in where the company is going, no oversight or direction for new employees, fully remote culture, no benefits, lack of options when it comes to picking projects you want to work on

      Work from home, a less than $25 gift card in your birthday, not even day off.

      Cons

      You must be friendly with HR if you want to get anything. HR doesn't know how to handle people who outsmarts them. Good luck trying to get a raise
