      NY office is in a cool location

      Do you like working for an unaccomplished “President/CEO” with zero experience leading a company?! Congratulations!! This is the company for you! 🎉 But wait, there’s more! Do you have years of experience in sales, culinary or hospitality? How does being led by an individual that was a middle school gym teacher 3 years ago sound? Do you live for being in your seat at 8 AM and having someone check on you if you’re not? THIS is the place. 🤗

      NY office location is convenient

      Cons

      No work-life balance, no bonuses, no salary increases, hostile work environment, CEO is incompetent and petty. Also, if you're white and kiss the CEO & CFO & General Counsel's behind.... you will probably do OK. Not a fun place for people of color.

      None; avoid taking a job at Drive Shack's corporate headquarters

      Cons

      Unstable, poorly managed company (3 different CEO's in last 2 years, newest CEO has very little experience). No promotions or raises. No 401K matching. Required office hours, poor corporate culture and significant turnover. Comapny trending in the wrong directions. This ended up being a nightmarish experience.
