      Great place to work to place, but chaotic processes

      - Great talents - Many career opportunities - Work flexibility - Good atmosphere (depending on the client you are working with, of course) - Fair relationship with employers

      - Chaotic processes and communications, due to a very fast growing pace - A few not-that-respectful clients

      Pros

      DreamDev it's an outsourcing company, which works with several clients. This basically means that you may never be out of the project, there is always room for another client. Also, the directors always try to find the best fit for you, and if there is an issue with a particular client, they will come with a solution. Is not just like when assigned to the client that's it, you are stuck. But, of course, this may take some time.

      Cons

      Sometimes the clients are not that well organized and may require some patience from the contractor.
