Pros

They could have a cool place to work at if they were ethical, had backbone and more communication.

Cons

I'm writing this especially for the international workers that are considering on working for this company. BE CAREFUL. I was working from the US so my payments were on time but I became friends with another coworker from Latin America and he wasn't nearly as lucky. He didn't get paid for his month of work and was pushed to resigned (who wouldn't? being expected to work while you haven't gotten paid its just cruel and wrong.) and throughout the whole month they would make excuses as to why the payments were late. ("Oh, we get paid in crypto from our investors and it's taking longer to convert to USD" "Oh, your money it's on its way via check FEDEX"). As I said, I didn't have problems getting my payments but I only attribute that to being in the US. I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats their employees like they're disposable and disrespects them as much as to not even pay them for their time.

Pros

Remote work, Great projects, and enjoyed the work I did. People were nice, but will overwork you to death because its "remote work"

Cons

Most nights I worked until 1 am and they were still not satisfied. I couldn't even go for a run at my lunchtime without them messaging me asking where I was. I was constantly overworked with unrealistic short deadlines that they promised to clients. It was also stressful because people around me kept getting fired around me, even those who started recently with the company. I would say while I was there, I outlasted the person who hired me and I was only there for 8 months before they came for me. I was a salaried employee working from 7-1am, though they didn't force me to work those hours I felt pressure from the people around me getting fired, and they constantly messaging me past work hours saying how the project was urgent and needs to be worked on. I felt I lasted longer just because I was willing to put myself through brutal hours. Once covid hit that's when they fired me when it's the absolute worse time to be fired when all the jobs went on a hiring freeze. They don't care about you or your health they just care that you are fast and producing results. They also had an unlimited vacation policy but when you ask for a day off it was actually highly frowned upon. In my opinion, unless you are desperate for a portfolio piece just avoid this company.
