      Pros

      Good salary. Good health plan. Fun job. Visiting sites. Meeting tenants. General contractors for work.

      Cons

      Horrible management. They expect a lot from their employees and don’t set the right example. They don’t make you want excel as it’s not recognized. Way too many different systems. Filing system on SharePoint looks like it was managed by a 6 year old. File and folders everywhere. Nothing saved properly. Multiple duplicates in different folders. Multiple empty folder. The folder structure doesn’t make sense. Way too many excel logs. Way They should let go the mediocre working people right away. And so much more to add.
