      Pros

      I like the way that Doyle focuses on both customer and employees by going above and beyond for both. There is a "family" feel that is hard to find at a lot of places. People care about each other right up to John Doyle himself who makes time available to any person or issue that comes up. Doyle rewards employees for doing a great job.

      Cons

      My experience at Doyle has been predominantly positive. The company is shifting to a paperless, IPad/server based operating system which had been a long process but now that we are done with the transition it has been so much better!

      I love working for this company

      Pros

      The atmosphere here is fantastic. You wouldn't know the difference between the CEO and the new hire because everyone talks to you as an equal from day 1. You are encouraged to engage with the Executive staff-in other companies I have worked at they acted as if you were not important enough to talk to them. The people are great that work here. There are activities planned for employees. It just feels comfortable coming to work.

      Doyle Security is truly a great place to work, I have been here almost 2 years and have had a great experience. The Doyle family is honest, friendly and they treat employees like family. They show appreciation in every way that they can. There is also a lot of room to grow within the company, and daily teamwork between departments to keep customers happy. I am thankful and happy to be a part of the One Doyle Team!
