Pros

- A driven company with big ambitions; to help change more lives for the better - Always learning and always challenged - A company who's first priority is their clients and their health - The best team of personal trainers in every gym, making for the best working environment - Lovely members, who's story of fitness I got to tell - Flexibility of working hours and work from home

Cons

- Just that gyms were sadly dramatically affected over COVID, so of course, were unable to award promotions/pay rises

Cons

Some early hours (standard with PT work) High level of expectation (again standard if you want to stand out in the industry though)

Pros

Professional, friendly and fun environment to work The company has really ambitious plans so there are lots of opportunities to progress and learn Great salary and bonus structure Enjoyed training each client and watching them progress. Because it is a smaller set up you can really help each individual client reach their goals

Cons

Shifts could be long and working at the weekends but fairly typical of the industry
