      A company with a future, just not for employees

      Pros

      All the team members that was working with me were great people. The environment was great and the team leaders were friendly.

      Cons

      There wasn't any structure to the company. It was difficult to see where an employee could progress. Feedback to employees were limited as well.

      the company's Management is a mess

      Pros

      Very friendly staff. Pays quite well as a CSR position.

      Cons

      The company's management requires serious review. For instance, how could a CS department be constantly managed by the billing department? Also, as a tech company, working remotely is not an option, that is ridiculous.
