The company is 100% behind you all the time. Very supportive, great benefits, fantastic compensation. The owner of the company comes out several times a year to visit, make sure we're all doing well.

Maybe a bit of a problem with them being in Texas and the government agency where we work being in Washington, DC, but even this was rarely a problem.
