      Don't waste your time

      Pros

      Employees get to leave early the day before holidays. However, this is pretty much standard for most companies these days.

      Cons

      Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company. The majority of positive reviews on this site have been written by management. I mean come on, what normal employee uses the phase, 'stay the course' or 'strategic vision'. Also, we are severally understaffed in some departments. When we ask for additional help, we are told that processes are being automated by IT and we don't need the additional head count. However, the automation we get from IT is buggy and clunky.

      Pros

      The location is good since it's close by and I have a short commute.

      Cons

      - Terrible company to work for if you want management that is accountable, encouraging, and consists of real leaders - Management is "sneaky" and they lie right to your face - Management does not value the employee - Toxic work environment where employees are "motivated" by fear of their supervisors - "Blame Game" culture - Intimidation culture which tries to whip fear into you by corporate bullying - Lots of thinkers not many doers

      Benefits, salary. I have no more good things to say about this company. Stop playing with people.....work on your performance review since that is so important!

      Cons

      Made up titles to keep people that wouldn't have a job otherwise.....no chance to show what you can do.....they let good people go to keep favorites
