Dynamic, healthy, upbeat environment. Patient care and cutting-edge science is the focus. Team-player attitude and a healthy work ethic is required. Basically, as long as you show up to work motivated and genuinely care about the patients, this is literally theee best place to work for you. I feel valued and respected and challenged and just happy. I don't get the "Sunday Scaries", anymore, thinking about coming in to work on Monday!! We really do have the best team, the best patients, and are always looking for ways to improve our best practices. Dr. Roy's brilliance and authenticity is inspiring and I really can't envision a better leader. I feel very fortunate to be able to spend my week with such wonderful people, truly.
