Pros

I cant think of any pros anymore as it really has gone downhill since getting new management. WE used to be the good guys and want to help the NHS but now its very clear that this is no longer the road they are going down.

Cons

No flexi working any longer, not allowed your own opinion on things. You are monitored and micro managed and no home working.

We acknowledge your comments and understand that as the company grows and evolves managing change is an area of utmost importance and we are working hard to ensure this is achieved in the best possible way for all employees. The flexible working policy is still in place, but yes, we are encouraging more people to come into the office where it will help improve collaboration and create a more energised working environment for all. We are absolutely retaining the NHS focus, but are now looking to support other healthcare organisations around the world. We are sorry that you felt that your opinion wasn’t listened to, we do have both anonymous and direct platforms for feedback and are constantly trying to improve those and will going forward.

Pros

Working in healthcare, its easy to see how your providing value to the customers. Colleagues are genuinely decent people.

Cons

There's been so much change and upheaval over the last six months or so. Lots of firing people, lots of people leaving (and not being replaced), too many contractors, and now the CEO has left. None of this is a good sign. We weren't sure if we were getting bonuses for awhile either, they seem to be really struggling for money. Also too much emphasis on clockwatching, they say they offer flexible work but then you get the side eye if you actually do it. No chance of progression or managerial support either. Unfortunately, I don't feel like this is a secure place to work and would sadly advise anyone considering a job here to please look elsewhere.

During big changes, such as a new CEO, some people will feel uneasy and there will be a period of disruption. The change of CEO has been a managed process to introduce a more tech experienced CEO. The initial expected changes have now happened and we are finding a new equilibrium that I hope you can be a part of. I am unsure about the comments on bonuses - we actually paid out more in bonuses to staff this year than last. Our flexible working policy is still in place, but yes, we have tightened up working from home so that people should be in the office more often than not. This has been in order to improve communication and interaction with each other.

Pros

Good benefits in the past years

Cons

The worst Management that I have ever seen( before and after the change of the CEO). Extremely poor communication from the most senior levels. No personal development. Many Employees have been fired without a reason and no communication from their Managers and from HR Team. Line Managers need to be replace. More transparency is needed. Sales Team needs to be re-organised and be more productive.

We acknowledge your comments and understand that as the company grows and evolves managing change is an area of utmost importance and we are all working hard to ensure this is achieved in the best possible way for all employees. The restructure was to improve personal development, transparency, clarity over line management, and sales productivity and we are continuing to communicate this message with current employees. The benefits structure hasn’t changed and will only be added to.
