Pros

I got to put what I had learned in class to use helping others. As long as people didn't need me I could work on my home work and projects.

Cons

Could get boring being there by yourself for hours at a time some days.

Great place for students, lab assistant job is excellent for crazy class schedules

Pros

Flexible, good for resume, nice co-workers, can work up to 29 hours. Small raises for time spent each year, and for having an Associate's. Excellent holiday parties and gifts for graduating employees.

Cons

Sort of breath down your neck sometimes. Not optional to not work weekends.
